Studied mathematics at the Karl Marx University in Leipzig

Initially worked for the East German state combine "VEB Carl Zeiss Jena" and then for the district council in Saalfeld. From 1992 - 2002 she worked as an account manager at HVB AG (eventually merged with the Bayerischen Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank AG).

Subsequently, she worked as team leader of the "housing companies" department at the Deutsche Kreditbank AG and in 2006 was promoted to manager of the public customers department.

From 2007 to August 2014, she worked at Thüringer Aufbaubank as a director and head of the "Public Customers" division, which was newly established for the bank.

From 2014 to 2017, she was Association Director of the Thuringian Housing and Real Estate Association (Verband Thüringer Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft e.V.).

Since 2018, Constanze Victor has been working as Senior Key Account Manager for Deutsche Kreditbank AG.
