2nd Luther Conference 2009: Earning money decently? Lutheran impulses for an "improved capitalism"

This was the title of the LutherConference on 10th November 2009, which once again took place in Berlin. With reference to the debates on the financial and economic crisis, there was also a panel discussion with recognised experts. We took up a keyword from the Erfurt theologian Heino Falcke by asking: "Can capitalism be improved?".

As in the previous year, the "LutherRose for Social and Corporate Responsibility" was awarded at a ceremony following the conference, this year to Hans-Peter Keitel.

The International Martin Luther Foundation would like to thank the Deutschen Sparkassen- und Giroverband, Berlin, for its comprehensive support of the Luther Conference and the ceremony.
